since 2010

Many years ago my mother and grandmother had me in the kitchen right beside them everyday. I never thought that pitting prunes for a Prune Cake or soaking hams to pull the salt out would make me the person i am today. I am a 2011 graduate of The Art Institute of Tennessee-Nashville Culinary program with an Associates Degree. My passion for food began long before that , but that just let me know what my career path would be. Cooking is a passion and i love to do it each and everyday. People like fresh and good food with friendly service and we provide that. My strengths lie in my Southern roots ,but i can cook whatever my clients like and always strive to put good food on the table. We at The Big Adoo Cafe & Catering are proud to serve you>
